Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as HRBP
• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management. or related field
• Proven experience working as an HR Business Partner
• Able to implement Business Process Management (BPM)
• Experience in training & development
• Able to conduct strategic analysis together with HOD
• Strong communication, analytical, problem solving
