Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as HRBP
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management. or related field
- Proven experience working as an HR Business Partner
- Able to implement Business Process Management (BPM)
- Experience in training & development
- Able to conduct strategic analysis together with HOD
- Strong communication, analytical, problem solving
