Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as Chief Engineer in a shopping mall or large commercial building
• Strong knowledge of MEP, HVAC, fire safety, elevators, and escalators
• Proven ability to lead engineering teams and manage daily operations
• Experience in maintenance planning, vendor coordination, and budgeting
• Good understanding of safety regulations and compliance
